Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is applying the tools and principles of yoga to encourage a person’s overall well-being. I work one-on-one with students to educate and access their whole being to create a sustainable plan of care to accomplish achievable goals.
Includes a partnership with the student for more in-depth work and introspection.
Includes physical, mental, & emotional assessments to create long-term and short-term goals.
Yoga Therapy is for all persons and all bodies.

Meditation Sessions
“Yoga is calming the ripples of the mind.” The effort to calm the mind is yoga— invoking the breath to link the body-mind-spirit.
In meditation sessions, we bring attention to the breath to gain awareness and begin the transformation of the mind-body spirit. Mediation is known to drastically empower a person’s view and participation in life. We work together to explore meditation styles and practices that best support you.

*The Yoga Therapy components of my teaching are informed by my education at the Maryland University of Health, supporting my Vinyasa, Yin, and Bikram Trainings, as well as my personal practice.
I work within my scope of practice as a Yoga Educator and Yoga Therapist; educating and assessing to gain awareness and encourage holistic wellbeing.
Growth and healing are promoted through awareness towards oneself, choosing to participate, and apply lifestyle and therapeutic yoga practices.
